Women on the Rise partnered with Lufa Farms 12 months ago to embark on a pilot project to connect women with limited access to fresh & local groceries via weekly shopping credits. This project enabled participants to make selections and have groceries delivered to their door. It has been a huge success has empowered members to make healthy choices and access culturally significant & hard to source items. We are profoundly grateful to everyone at Lufa, and and to all Lufa subscribers who contribute to their Direct Giving Program. Thanks for recognizing the need and taking a chance on us!
