After the long and cold winter we've had here in NDG, it almost felt like spring would never come--but it's finally here! While we are still waiting for the dandelions and violets to sprout, in preparation for our Annual General Meeting in June, our annual membership drive is up and running. If you'd like to vote in the AGM, now's the time to make sure your membership is up to date. You can access the membership form online by clicking the button below and fill it out at your leisure, or you can fill it out with a staff member if you need some extra help.

Free Activities for women in NDG This month

This month, Tuesday afternoon workshops will be in the basement of the St Thomas Church, and Thursday afternoon workshops will be at the Walkley Centre.

The Tuesday evening reproductive loss support group Coeurage has closed its registration until the completion of the current cohort. Email Laura at laura@crl-rho.org to be notified when registration reopens.

Our perinatal mental health group on Friday mornings continues to meet at the Monkland Community Centre. It's centrally located near the Benny Farm CLSC and the Benny Library, with bus stops and free parking nearby.

The Stronger Together sessions and Release and Bloom group continue to meet at a confidential location. Contact us to register if you are looking for support with conjugal violence or gender-based violence.

Repairs continue in the centre

Sadly, our free boutique remains closed until further notice as repairs continue. We hope we will be able to share good news with you soon, but for now we are unable to take any new material donations.

If you are in urgent need of clothing for women or babies, please contact us to tell us the sizes of clothing you need. Our volunteers can prepare a bag of clothing for you to pick up from our front door.

If you are seeking furniture or want to donate furniture, please contact the Welcome Collective!
