Support our Annual Community Fundraiser!

It is with great excitement that we kick off our biggest fundraising event of the year! Throughout the month of March will be launching appeals for support, with the goal of raising $10,000 enable our growth in the year ahead.

From years of honed experience, we understand that getting to a place of empowerment is complex, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. That is why we always strive to strike a balance in what we offer- from one-on-one counselling, to group sessions that range from hilarious to heart-rending.

As Women on the Rise continues to grow into a women’s centre, we are ever innovating new programs and services with the aim to recognize and celebrate the strength every woman who walks through our door. Our small team is always ready to roll up our sleeves and do the work, and with the backing of our community we know we can move mountains!

Donors and Mainstays* (our monthly donors!) are the backbone of our organization, and your contributions will allow us to significantly increase our ability to serve women though group sessions (including support groups, educational workshops and excursions), and individual supports and counselling.
